We’ll help you understand the options.

Worth keeping.
What needs
a little care?
A damaged spot, a loose edge or a room that needs a little care. Find the right place to start.
Carpet patching
For holes, tears and pet damage. A suitable matching piece can replace a localised damaged area; material, wear and pile direction affect the finish.
Restretching
For waves and loose carpet. Restretching can improve the fit where the carpet, underlay and fixings are suitable.
Burn repair
The size and depth of the burn, along with any available matching carpet, help determine whether a local repair is suitable.
Relaying
For carpet lifted during renovations or access beneath the floor. Suitable existing carpet can be refitted and its edges secured.
Carpet flooding service
Water-affected carpet needs careful assessment. The water source, time elapsed and carpet condition determine the next step; specialist restoration or replacement may be needed.
Small details. A more considered repair.
Before you replace it,
let’s take a look.
Sometimes the problem is one small spot. Sometimes it’s the way the whole room fits. Clear photos and a conversation over the phone help us explain what may be repaired and what may need replacing.
Start with the carpet you have. Its material, wear and condition guide the repair.
Be clear about the finish. Colour, pile direction and fading can affect a match.
Keep it clear. Understand the repair process, likely finish and any preparation in straightforward terms.

Include your suburb when you enquire. We’ll discuss your repair over the phone and arrange a suitable appointment.
Can my carpet be repaired instead of replaced?
Often a localised problem can be repaired, depending on the carpet’s material, wear, backing and the size of the damage. Send clear photos and a description of the problem, and we’ll discuss the repair options and provide a quote over the phone. We do not arrange visits for quotes.
Do I need to have spare carpet?
Spare carpet is useful for patching and burn repairs. If you don’t have any, a piece from a discreet area may be an option with your permission. A suitable match is not always possible.
How much does carpet repair cost?
The price depends on the type and size of the repair, the materials needed and the condition of the carpet. Quotes are provided over the phone using your photos and job description. The price may change if additional work is identified when the carpet is assessed at the repair appointment. We’ll explain any change before carrying out the extra work.
Will I be able to see the repair?
The aim is a neat result, but an invisible repair cannot be guaranteed. Differences in fading, pile direction, wear and donor material can affect the finish.
